Our implementation approach
Our work to develop our people is guided by our HR policies and frameworks. We have established People Forums in each business area to allow us to understand perspectives of the team and to work together to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and development. Every two years we complete a business wide survey of employee engagement to take stock of our performance and identify opportunities to improve. Our approach to promoting diversity is described in our HR policies. We apply these policies across the business and recognise the importance of how we support diversity in our recruitment and people development processes. We monitor our gender pay gap and use the results to identify opportunities to improve our performance.
