We currently have vacancies for professional LGV C + E (Class 1) drivers based at our Tilbury depot. Applicants should preferably have some experience using specialised equipment ideally walking floors/chipliners, carrying bulk product.

Successful applicants must:

  • Posses a full LGV C+E (Class 1) licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
  • Live within reasonable travelling distance to the depot
  • Adhere to all EU Drivers' hours rules and regulation
  • Be physically active due to the demanding nature of the role
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels towards both customers and colleagues
  • Have a good geographic knowledge of the UK road network

Maintenance Engineer / Technician

• To maintain a static wood processing production line in a safe and efficient manner
• To plan and organise maintenance and inspection programmes using an IT based system
• To plan and organise 3rd party repairs and maintenance and issue permits to work
• Using the IT based maintenance software, raise job cards and Purchase order requests.

Airfield Operations Manager

Responsible to the Head of Operations, the Airfield Operations Manager (AOM) will pro-actively manage and coordinate airfield operational activities to ensure the safe, compliant and efficient operation of the airfield in line with regulatory (CAA, EASA, HSE etc.) and London Southend Airport Company requirements.

Facilities Technician - HVAC/Mechanical

Working as part of a small team, the successful candidate will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance on the Airport’s HVAC systems, including Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, and Split Air Conditioning.
