Introduction To Management (ITM)
The Introduction to Management (ITM) has been introduced in order to further meet the requirements and aspirations of employees, designed to provide training opportunities to new or existing managers who are looking to improve their managerial skills. Delegates will complete the following:
6 x Courses (Over 4 days): Ranging from Communication Skills to Decision Making & HR.
1 x Assignment (Optional): Assignment focussed around your own Personal Development Plan.
Action Days: A number of full and half days designed to support your application of learning.
Working With Young People: Assist with our WWYP initiative
