Stobart 3P represents ‘People, Performance and Progress’. The 3P brand encompasses all of the continuous personal development programmes within the Stobart Group. These programmes were launched in September 2010, with the intention to collaboratively manage the Group’s talent management strategy. These programmes are open to our current employees, and are a critical part of taking Stobart Group’s business activities forward and ensuring that we remain market leaders in an increasingly competitive industry. Our people are the foundation of our success and we want to ensure that they have every opportunity to grow and develop with the business.
The management development brand emulates our business integrity standards, as well as our equal opportunity policy. The 3P brand has a dedicated team that deal with all matters relating to courses, from recruitment and initiation of the programme, right through to graduation. Recruitment for 3P takes place around spring every year, with a view to start the respective programmes in the following autumn. Where possible and relevant, courses will provide dedicated, bespoke training for delegates, ensuring that they are developed in line with their individual needs, as well as the overall mission, needs and directives of the business.
The 3P brand has been developed in partnership with and accredited by Coventry University. This enables our delegates the potential to gain academic qualifications on completion of their respective programmes.
3P programmes are available for current employees only. Recruitment usually commences in spring each year and courses are launched in the autumn of that year.
