The introduction of a graduate recruitment initiative is the next step in the Group’s wider succession planning strategy; with the aim of giving graduates the opportunity to build the foundations of a successful career in a well-established commercial enterprise.

The Groups wide range of divisions includes transport, rail, air and biomass and departments such as operations, finance, HR, business development and IT. These potentially provide numerous opportunities for graduates.

The positions are all full-time with our principle locations being Appleton Thorn/Widnes (Cheshire), Crick (Northamptonshire) and Carlisle (Cumbria)
